About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Danbury, Connecticut. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote optimal physical function, mobility, and independence. Your expertise will focus on evaluating and treating patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic injuries.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical function, mobility, and independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
Provide direct patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive care plans
