Integrity Delivered is an independent service provider contracted to provide package pickup and delivery services for FedEx. Drivers are employed by Integrity Delivered, not FedEx Corporation.

We are looking for dependable Cleanup Delivery Drivers for a specialized shift beginning at approximately 10:00 a.m. and generally lasting about eight hours.

Cleanup drivers handle packages that arrive after the traditional routes have been prepared for dispatch. They may also assist heavier routes, complete unfinished deliveries, support assigned service areas, and handle customer pickups based on daily operational needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Load and deliver late-arriving packages.
• Assist delivery areas that need additional support.
• Complete assigned deliveries and customer pickups.
• Safely operate larger commercial delivery vehicles, including step vans.
• Communicate with management as daily assignments change.
• Help ensure customers receive their packages safely and on time.

PHYSICAL AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Be consistently available to begin work around 10:00 a.m.
• Be able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing more than 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be comfortable repeatedly entering and exiting a delivery vehicle, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet applicable driving-history requirements.
• Successfully complete a background check and motor-vehicle-record review.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
• Successfully complete and maintain the required DOT physical and medical certification.
• Complete required driver training and a road test in the applicable commercial delivery vehicle.
• Be flexible and willing to accept different assignments based on daily package volume.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $22.00 per hour
• Eligibility for additional performance incentives
• Approximately eight-hour shifts
• Training and company-provided delivery vehicle
